Plant growth regulator overdose
Uneven growth observed in previous photo of containers of impatiens may have been cause by uneven application and overdose when the plugs were sprayed with 4 ppm Bonzi prior to transplant. The affected plants as seen in this photo had white healthy roots that failed to emerge from the plug cube.
